Introduction Contemporary Issues in Tourism and Hotel Management is a professional course that aims to reflect issues and their impact in tourism and hotel management industry. The group presentation is one of the teaching method has been applied in this course. As an international student, I am not really good at presentation and workshop which I have never done in my country before. Therefore, I still feel very nervous about doing presentation even though I had some experience in last several semesters. Undeniably the experience has directly and profoundly influenced my fundamental understanding of teamwork. The purpose of the essay is to make an individual self reflection that summarizes main theory of this course, assesses my strengths and weaknesses in team work and the influence of the experience for my future career.
